Autism and Seizures and Why Having Special Nurses Matter

Monday, February 6th, 2012

Autistic Young Adult status epilepticus non convulsive convulsive. Illuminates how quality nursing care is critical for families raising autistic children…Sadly, when you get bad nurses and parents complain, the nursing agency or the state agency funding the nursing agency, may RETALIATE against the parent by trying to PULL or somehow deny services and insist “out of home placements” are better…or they may suggest something different –all of this to take focus off their FAILURES to help families raising severely autistic children….it’s sad. And to this day congress still doesn’t get it. They don’t understand how much parents can do without all the government control…parents could do more with the money given to 57 different agencies in some bloated bureacracy than anyone could imagine…sure there are some parents who can’t be trusted to use the money properly…okay, so weed them out…but don’t punish other families who are capable of using government funds to do right by their kids……stop squandering money in these agencies….by the time the bureacrats are done..there is NOTHING left for families..though laws were made to help families….no more big government…it’s a mess. Maybe the epidemic of misdiagnosing autism is also contributing to the problem, overloading our system with false cases of autism…I think this is happening more times than people care to admit…it’s taking focus off the people who really need services….
