Padma comes to the nursing home to visit Simran. Both are happy to see each other. Manas suggests to Padma to be supportive of Simran. Urmila and Manas have a confrontation because he refuses to go to the US for a job. Later, Manas s old friend Ashwin offers him a lucrative job in his upcoming nursing clinic but he refuses even that. This makes Urmila very angry.
